Tool for transport industry

DTime — working time tracking for transport companies

DTime collects time data from electronic sources, calculates overtime and supplements per pay group, and produces ready reports for payroll — without manual steps.

How it works

Automatic chain from recording to payroll

Recordings are created automatically. Example: the driver shows their RFID key tag to the reader — the system identifies the user and the driver can start or end their shift with one press.

Data sources

Digital tachographs (direct or via integration), RFID tags, mobile devices, workstations and Volvo Connect.

Activity types

Hours are recorded by activity type: drive time, wait time, terminal work etc. Types are defined to match your company's needs.

Calendar and report view

Calendar view at day, week and month level. Select pay period, calculate overtime and export report to Excel.

Pay groups

Define pay period length, normal hours, overtime limits and times for evening and night supplements. Drivers are linked to a pay group per employment contract.

Authority reporting

Digital recordings are automatically compiled into an authority package for labour inspections. Statutory obligations are handled systematically.

Browser interface

Administration works via an ordinary browser, anywhere and anytime. The system can be installed on Arrak Software's server or in your own network.

Recording service

Tachograph recordings into DTime with minimal effort

The tachograph mass memory is downloaded with a key in the vehicle and the key is brought to the office. The driver card is read at the office with a smart card reader or alternatively with an Android app anywhere. The Arrak DTime Lukija Windows service transfers DDD files to DTime as soon as they appear on the computer — the computer just needs to be on, nothing else is required.

Tachograph reading with a key

The tachograph mass memory is downloaded in the vehicle using a digiVU/digiVU+ key. The key is brought to the office and plugged into the computer's USB port — DTime Lukija automatically transfers the DDD files to DTime.

Driver card reading at the office

The driver brings their driver card to the smart card reader at the office. DTime Lukija detects the card, reads the DDD files and transfers them to DTime — no one needs to launch any program.

Driver card via Android app

Alternatively, the driver can read their driver card with an Android phone anywhere (Driver Card Reader app + OTG reader). The app automatically emails the file to DTime.

Reminders and processing

DTime processes the DDD files and stores activity types, odometer readings and locations in the database. Reminders are sent when card or tachograph reading is overdue or data is missing.
